T&M Home Care LLC provides non-medical home care services to clients who may require assistance in their homes or communities to maintain their independence and well-being. Our services are constructed to the distinct needs of the client, delivered by qualified home care workers, and supervised by a registered nurse.
In-Home Aide
Services
This includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, feeding and medication reminding.
Companion-Sitter-Respite
Services
This includes non-hands-on care, assistance with house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, accompanying clients to doctor appointments, errands, shopping, outing, and basic supervision to ensure a client’s safety and wellbeing.

Our registered nurse makes a home visit to assess each client and develops a plan of care that is distinct to each client’s needs.
What care services does the agency offer?
Our caregivers are experienced in working with clients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, and other ailments that leave our seniors vulnerable to falls and injuries.
Does the agency conduct background checks on its caregivers?
Background checks are performed on all caregivers before services are provided in a client’s home.
What is the agency’s protocol if a regularly scheduled caregiver is not available?
Every effort will be made to send a replacement to provide services if the regular caregiver is not available.
What form of payment does the agency accept?
Cash, Money Order, Checks, or Credit Card.
Does the agency caregivers receive ongoing training?
Yes
Our caregivers have annual competency evaluations and CPR recertification every 2 years.
How does the agency evaluate caregiver performance?
The registered nurse conducts a supervisory visit annually while the caregiver is providing services in the client’s home and more often if warranted. The client is also encouraged to fill out performance satisfaction forms.
What does the agency charge for services?
Fees are based on the client’s level of need.

Our Story
Tammy McKoy, MHA, BSN, RN
Director and Founder has been a nurse for over 30 years working in all fields of nursing with 25 years of home care experience. Marvin McKoy, husband and (COO) has been an LPN for over 30 years working as a rehab nurse most of his career. We love taking care of the elderly and are grateful that God has allowed us an opportunity to give back to our community by helping our seniors stay in their homes and enjoy their independence. T&M Home Care LLC was founded in 2020. We are a small agency with a motto to spread “kindness, compassion, trust and friendship” to every home we service.
